Having to keep track of dozens of passwords is taxing enough without some company forcing you to continually change them at their discretion when they feel like it. I could understand the rationale if their data servers had be compromised but their has been compromised but their has been no indication that they have. In my opinion changing a password should be a user decision, not some 'big brother' organization forcing you to do so.
The good news is there is no restriction to changing the password back to what it was immediately after changing it to get rid of the annoying message. Additionally they will not offer refunds for unused subscription time if a user wishes to cancel the service because of this new policy.
This arrogant notification can only be stopped or delayed by a password change or not using their service. Recently they instituted a new policy that forces users to change their login password and nags them HOURLY until they do so, taking up the entire middle of their screen, interfering with their work and their train of thought, and cause them to lose data when typing until the acknowledge the notification.
